Personal information collected
The Arthouse Pavilion Gallery does not sell, share or trade a customer’s personal information collected online or at its exhibitions with third parties. Personal information including names and email addresses will be for internal use only.
When we ask you for your email addresses at our annual art exhibition or when we ask permission to take your photograph, consenting will be totally optional and not a condition of entry. We will only use email addresses provided to us by visitors to advise them about our forthcoming exhibitions and art events. We will only send out a maximum of three newsletters within a 6 weeks of exhibitions.

Photographs of artworks exhibited during art events hosted at The Arthouse Pavilion Gallery and photographs of visitors who have consented to their photographs being taken during an art event held at The Arthouse Pavilion Gallery may be used on our website www.artand.com.au or for advertising our art events.
Under exceptional circumstances, The Arthouse Pavilion Gallery may be required to disclose personal information when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.

The unique and handmade nature of our items may also contribute to this.
